Welcome to Servicy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Servicy website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully before using Servicy.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Servicy.
1. About Servicy
Servicy is a digital platform that helps connect customers with independent professionals and service providers for home and everyday services.
Services available through the Platform may include, but are not limited to:
- Plumbing services
- Electrical services
- Air conditioning services
- Painting services
- Cleaning services
- Maintenance services
- Other professional services available on the Platform
Servicy acts primarily as a technology and connection platform between customers and independent service providers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, service providers available through Servicy are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Servicy.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Servicy, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- You will use the Platform legally and responsibly.
- You will provide accurate information when using the Platform.
If you are using Servicy on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. How Servicy Works
Servicy allows customers to search for, request, and book services from independent professionals.
The general process may include:
- A customer submits a service request.
- The request is reviewed or made available to relevant service providers.
- A service provider may accept or respond to the request.
- The customer and service provider arrange the service according to the information provided through the Platform.
- The service provider performs the requested service.
- Payment is made directly between the customer and the service provider.
Servicy may provide communication tools, booking tools, ratings, notifications, and other features to facilitate the connection between users and service providers.
4. Service Requests and Bookings
When requesting a service, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including where applicable:
- The type of service required.
- A description of the problem or requested work.
- The location of the service.
- Preferred date and time.
- Relevant photos or additional information.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a service provider will be immediately available.
Service availability may depend on:
- Location.
- Time and date.
- Service provider availability.
- The type of requested service.
- Other operational factors.
A booking may be subject to confirmation by the relevant service provider.
5. Pricing and Service Estimates
Where available, Servicy may display:
- An estimated price.
- A starting price.
- A price range.
- Information provided by the service provider.
- Other pricing information related to the requested service.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any price displayed before the service may be an estimate and may depend on the actual work required.
If additional work, materials, or services are required, the service provider should communicate any significant changes in the price to the customer before proceeding with the additional work whenever reasonably possible.
The customer and service provider are responsible for confirming and agreeing on the final scope of work and applicable price.
6. Payments
6.1 Cash Payments
All payments for services booked through Servicy are made directly between the customer and the service provider.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, payment is made in cash directly to the service provider after the completion of the service.
6.2 Servicy Does Not Process Payments
Servicy:
- Does not collect payments for services.
- Does not process payments.
- Does not hold customer funds.
- Does not transfer money between customers and service providers.
- Does not act as a bank or financial institution.
- Does not provide escrow services.
- Does not act as a payment intermediary.
Servicy is not a party to the financial transaction between the customer and the service provider.
6.3 Payment Disputes
Any disagreement regarding payment, unpaid amounts, pricing, or cash transactions should first be addressed directly between the customer and the service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Servicy shall not be responsible for payment disputes, unpaid amounts, cash transactions, financial losses, or other disputes arising directly from transactions between customers and independent service providers.
7. Cancellations
Customers may cancel a service request or booking before the service begins.
Service providers may also decline or cancel requests due to:
- Unavailability.
- Scheduling conflicts.
- Safety concerns.
- Incorrect or incomplete information.
- Circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Users are expected to cancel bookings as early as reasonably possible when they no longer require the service.
Repeated cancellations, fake bookings, abuse of the booking system, or intentional misuse of the Platform may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of an account.
8. Service Quality and Complaints
Servicy aims to provide a reliable platform that helps users connect with service providers.
However, the actual service is performed by independent service providers.
If a customer has a complaint regarding:
- Service quality.
- Delays.
- Conduct.
- Pricing.
- Damage.
- Safety.
- Any other issue related to a service,
the customer should first communicate directly with the relevant service provider whenever appropriate.
Users may also report problems through Servicy.
Servicy may review complaints and take appropriate action regarding the use of the Platform, including investigating reports, restricting accounts, or removing users from the Platform where appropriate.
However, Servicy does not guarantee a specific resolution, financial compensation, refund, or outcome for disputes between customers and service providers.
9. Refunds
Servicy does not collect, process, hold, or manage payments between customers and service providers.
Therefore, Servicy does not issue, process, or guarantee refunds for payments made directly between customers and service providers.
Any refund or compensation related to a service must be agreed upon directly between the customer and the relevant service provider.
Servicy may review complaints submitted through the Platform but does not act as a financial intermediary or guarantee any refund or financial compensation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Provide a clear description of the requested service.
- Treat service providers respectfully.
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location.
- Not provide false or misleading information.
- Not make fraudulent or fake bookings.
- Not threaten, harass, or abuse service providers.
- Not use the Platform for illegal purposes.
- Pay the agreed amount directly to the service provider after the service, according to the agreement between the parties.
Customers are responsible for their interactions and agreements with service providers.
11. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service providers using Servicy are expected to:
- Provide accurate information about their identity, skills, and services.
- Provide services professionally and responsibly.
- Treat customers respectfully.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Clearly communicate relevant pricing information.
- Inform customers of significant changes to the scope or expected price of work whenever reasonably possible.
- Maintain appropriate professional conduct.
- Not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Service providers remain responsible for the services they provide and for their own professional, legal, and tax obligations.
12. Independent Service Providers
Service providers available through Servicy are generally independent professionals.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a service provider:
- Is not an employee of Servicy.
- Is not an agent of Servicy.
- Is not authorized to legally bind Servicy.
- Is responsible for their own services and professional activities.
Servicy does not guarantee that every service provider will be available at all times.
13. User Accounts
Some features of Servicy may require users to create an account.
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping login credentials confidential.
- Maintaining the security of their account.
- Informing Servicy of unauthorized use where applicable.
Users must not create accounts using false identities or impersonate another person.
Servicy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Reviews and Ratings
Users may have the ability to leave reviews, ratings, or feedback regarding services and experiences.
Reviews should:
- Be based on genuine experiences.
- Be accurate and honest.
- Not contain threats or harassment.
- Not contain illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.
- Not be intentionally misleading.
Servicy may remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
15. Prohibited Activities

- Use Servicy for illegal activities.
- Submit fake service requests.
- Commit or attempt fraud.
- Impersonate another person.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Use automated systems to abuse the Platform without authorization.
- Collect user information for unauthorized purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from Servicy and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
16. Safety
Users should exercise reasonable caution when interacting with other users or service providers.
Customers should provide a reasonably safe environment for service providers.
Service providers should follow reasonable safety practices while performing their services.
In case of an emergency or immediate danger, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or competent authorities.
17. Platform Availability
Servicy aims to keep the Platform available and functioning properly.
However, the Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance.
- Technical issues.
- Updates.
- Internet or network problems.
- Events outside Servicy's reasonable control.
Servicy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
18. Intellectual Property
The Servicy name, logo, website, application, design, content, software, and other materials associated with the Platform may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Servicy content without authorization.
19. Limitation of Liability
Servicy provides a technology platform designed to facilitate connections between customers and independent service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Servicy does not guarantee the availability of every service or service provider.
- Servicy does not guarantee the quality or outcome of every service.
- Servicy is not responsible for agreements made directly between customers and service providers.
- Servicy does not process or manage payments between customers and service providers.
- Servicy is not responsible for payment disputes or cash transactions between customers and service providers.
- Servicy does not guarantee refunds or financial compensation for disputes between customers and service providers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
20. Suspension and Termination
Servicy may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform if a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraud.
- Provides false information.
- Abuses other users.
- Creates fake bookings.
- Uses the Platform illegally.
- Creates a risk to the safety or security of others or the Platform.
Where appropriate, Servicy may take action without prior notice.
21. Changes to These Terms
Servicy may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
When significant changes are made, Servicy may provide notice through the Platform or other appropriate communication methods.
Continued use of Servicy after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of Servicy is also subject to the Servicy Privacy Policy.

23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Tunisia, subject to any mandatory legal protections that may apply.
