Request Deletion of Your Data

You may request the deletion of:

  • Your Servicy account.
  • Personal information associated with your account.
  • Profile information.
  • Certain service request and booking information, where deletion is possible and permitted by applicable law.

Deleting your account may result in the permanent loss of access to:

  • Your account.
  • Your profile information.
  • Your service request history.
  • Your booking history.
  • Other information associated with your account.

Please make sure you understand the consequences before submitting a deletion request.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data by contacting Servicy through the available support channels.

When submitting your request, please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • The phone number associated with your Servicy account.
  • The email address associated with your account, if applicable.
  • A clear statement that you want to delete your account and personal data.

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Once we receive your request, we may:

  1. Review your request.
  2. Verify your identity or account ownership.
  3. Confirm the information related to your account.
  4. Process the deletion request where applicable.

Account Deactivation vs. Data Deletion

Please note that deleting or deactivating your account may not be the same as deleting all personal information.

If you want your personal data deleted, please clearly specify that you are requesting account and personal data deletion.
