Data Deletion Request

At Servicy, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion directly through the "Settings" menu in the Servicy App. Alternatively, you can email your request to support@servicy.tn with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

What Happens Next?

Once requested, your account will be deactivated immediately. All personal data, booking history, and profile information will be permanently purged from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law for accounting purposes.
